Our Infinity Call Center software system was designed and implemented by Amtelco. Amtelco has been the industry’s leading software provider for over 40 years. This system has allowed us to successfully take, dispatch and store messages for 20+ years. Built in technology allows us to track over 140 different statistics within your account including hold times, call volume and complete call recordings. We have customized this software to fit the different needs of all our clients including Home Care, Hospice and Medical Professional templates.

Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS)/Emergency Disaster Backup

Like all other systems we utilize the most advanced backup and disaster recovery systems available. In the unlikely scenario a catastrophic event occurs our Emergency Disaster Systems & Recovery Plan was implemented to provide uninterrupted service at all times under any circumstance. This critical piece of our business gives our clients the peace of mind they need when a situation like this occurs. We are equipped with the latest technology available, backed by the most advanced, state of the art power backup systems and off premise support services. We are also registered with the local police, fire department, power authority, telephone companies and our equipment vender, as an emergency health care facility which gives HCAS priority status in the event of a problem.
